This Online Portal is developed by us, LYNEAR Wealth Management (Private) Limited, a company duly incorporated in Sri Lanka, bearing Company No. PV 93712 and having its registered office at Level 06, ‘Parkway Building’ No. 48, Park Street, Colombo 02. We value your privacy and we commit our self to use the data and information provided by you in a responsible manner. You hereby accept and acknowledge that by accessing and using the Online Portal, you agree to be bound by the policies described below.
Personal data entered by you when accessing the Online Portal and using the Unit Trust Services provided therein will be stored and processed by us for purposes including but not limited to the following:-
to process your application requests for the opening of Account/s;
facilitating any and all Unit Trust Services;
to manage and maintain your Account with us and to approve, manage, administer or effect any transactions requested or authorized by you;
to better understand your current and future investment needs and your financial situation;
to respond to your enquiries and complaints;
to update, consolidate and improve accuracy of our records; and
for any other purpose that is required or permitted by any law, regulations, guidelines and/or relevant regulatory authorities.
We may collect data such as IP address which is used to connect to the Online Portal, web account login, e-mail address, time zone as well as the Unit Trusts in which you have invested. The details are aggregated in order to provide you with enhanced personal features and also to monitor the traffic of the Online Portal.
You can adjust settings on your browser so that you will be notified when you receive a cookie. Should you wish to disable the cookies associated with these technologies, you may do so by changing the settings on
your browser. Acceptance of a cookie is not compulsory but you may not get a personalised experience if you do not accept the cookie to your device.
We employ third party service providers to perform certain functions on behalf of us, such as processing payment, providing customer service, providing marketing assistance, analyzing data. They have access to limited information as may be required to provide the relevant services.

If there is an ownership change in the business the information collected will be considered as an asset and will be transferred to new business which has acquired the ownership of the Site.
